Alex Borstein

Alex Borstein, an American producer, actor, writer who also acts as a comedian, voice actor and writer is best known for appearing in TV shows such as 'MADtv", 'Family' and 'The Marvelous Mr. Maisel'. She has a distinctive voice and is therefore requested by Seth MacFarlane the creator of 'Family Guy' to provide the voiceovers of the show. Seth MacFarlane approached Borstein to voice the show because she's more than an outstanding comedian and actress and has a distinct voice. The show became a hit and made Borstein an international star. It also earned she an Emmy Award for Outstanding Character voice-over performance. In the beginning, she was interested in acting from at a very young age when she first performed a stand-up comedy routine at the tender age of sixteen.
