Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked across various sectors, working with managers and teams in order to enhance business outcomes, particularly during times of growth and rapid transformation by focusing on designing, coordinating, and leading a global people strategy. As an advisor, she was involved, helping translate corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management, employee involvement, as well as change. She's passionate about education and sees developing team and leadership as the most powerful competitive advantage. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize businesses, developing leadership and coaches with proven results.
