Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an official athlete for the organization. In the wake of quitting gymnastics in her youth Ariel started competing in fitness shows aged 16. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. At the age of 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card only one year later and was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the oldest IFBB Pro. Ariel had to spend an absence of six years from stage work following the award of her Pro card in order to finish college. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up the point where she had left competing in top competitions including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued after her first show for a few years and set higher goals every year. In 2009, four new fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro was held at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in November of 2015. The athlete placed 3rd during the event. She was the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, she appeared on the stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in The Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel says she was more than proud of her placing. Ariel was competing against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to concentrate upon her lower back. The exercises she uses to strengthen her back include bent-over row on the machine that use single arm pull downs with lats. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel also likes to make the most out of her time. Supersetting all of the back exercises into three or four 10-12 rep supersets is what she does.
